The Journal of Indonesian and Malay World Studies invites qualified scholars and researchers to join its editorial team as editors and peer reviewers.

The journal is a peer-reviewed academic publication dedicated to high-quality socio-legal and interdisciplinary research on Islamic law and society, with particular attention to Indonesia and other Muslim-majority countries. Scholars with expertise in Islamic law, socio-legal studies, and related disciplines who are committed to upholding rigorous academic and ethical standards are encouraged to apply (see the journal’s Aims and Scope).

Editors and peer reviewers contribute to the editorial process by objectively assessing the scholarly quality of submitted manuscripts and providing authors with constructive, independent, and informed academic feedback.
