Scope |
Apriori: Indonesian Journal of Islamic Thought is dedicated to the exploration of Islamic thought across various dimensions, encompassing both classical and contemporary perspectives. It adopts an interdisciplinary approach that integrates Islamic philosophy, exegesis, hadith, theology, Islamic law, Qur'anic studies, and the evolving dynamics of Islamic thought within Indonesia and the broader Muslim world. The journal’s scope includes both theoretical and empirical research on the development of ideas, concepts, and methodologies within the Islamic intellectual tradition. It also addresses contemporary issues such as democracy, human rights, gender, technology, Islamic economics, and socio-cultural transformation.
