Kami berkomitmen untuk menyediakan wadah akademik bagi para peneliti, akademisi, dan praktisi dalam mempublikasikan hasil penelitian berkualitas tinggi yang berkontribusi pada pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Saat ini, PPJE mengelola tiga jurnal ilmiah elektronik sebagaimana tercantum di bawah ini. Ke depannya, tidak menutup kemungkinan PPJE akan menerbitkan jurnal ilmiah lainnya sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan perkembangan keilmuan.

Basmala Journal of Qur'an and Hadith
Basmala Journal of Qur’an and Hadits studies is a rigorously peer-reviewed academic journal on Qur'an and Hadith studies. It was founded in 2025 by Elkuator Research and Publication in Pontianak, West Borneo. Basmalah Journal of Qur’an and Hadits studies publishes articles in English, Arabic, and Bahasa Indonesia on both historical and contemporary interpretations of the Qurʾan and Ḥadith. Respecting diversity, the editors welcome contributions from all academic traditions and perspectives, be they Muslim or non-Muslim; from the Islamic world or the West; Classic or contemporary.

The Indonesian Journal of Sharia and Socio-Legal Studies is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal that aims to publish works on issues concerning Islamic law and society in Indonesia and other Muslim-majority countries. It is broadly defined to encompass research that significantly contributes to the understanding and analysis of Islamic law as a system of social institutions, processes, practices, or techniques, utilizing methodologies and approaches from the social sciences and humanities. Its goal is to disseminate original research and address current issues within the field. The journal warmly welcomes contributions from scholars and researchers in related disciplines, including Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) and fatwa, Islamic family law, Islamic economic law, Islamic criminal law, and Islamic constitutional law.

Journal of Studies in Decolonizing Religion
The Journal of Studies in Decolonizing Religion is an international peer-reviewed journal published twice yearly. The journal aims to disseminate and promote scholarly work on decolonizing religious views of various religions and local beliefs as a new field in the academic study of religion. The journal invites theoretical contributions and empirical approaches to decolonizing religions, such as indigenous religion, ecology, inclusion, human rights, and gender. The journal publishes evidence-based articles by authors from various disciplines and religious backgrounds.
