Social-Emotional Learning Through Traditional Game at BA' Aisyiyah Jotangan Klaten

This article focus on learning social-emotional through traditional game in PAUD based Islamic values , namely BA ' Aisyiyah Jotangan , Bayat, Klaten . Researcher to argue that integration traditional game like Cublak-Cublak Suweng and Engklek, not only to preserve culture locally , but also internationally effective develop ability social-emotional child age early , especially in context Islamic education that emphasizes character and morals . The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with two cycles action collaborative between teachers and researchers, including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection . Research results show improvement ability social-emotional child from 27% in the pre-cycle to 77% in the cycle first , and reached 96% in the cycle secondly , with improvement significant in control emotions , empathy , adherence to rules , and interaction social . Findings This significant as a learning model effective which combines aspect culture and spirituality in education child age early , giving solution practical For overcome challenge development social-emotional children in the modern era.
