Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts to Basmala: Journal of Qur'an and Hadith. All submissions will be assessed by the editorial team to ensure alignment with the journal’s aims and scope before being sent for peer review.

Before submitting, authors must ensure that the manuscript is original, has not been published or submitted elsewhere, follows the journal template, and complies with the journal’s publication ethics, plagiarism policy, and author guidelines.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The manuscript follows the official Basmala article template and author guidelines.
  • The manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration by another journal.
  • The manuscript is original and complies with the journal’s plagiarism policy.
  • The manuscript includes title, abstract, keywords, author information, main text, footnotes, and bibliography.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables, figures, images, and supplementary materials are properly numbered, labeled, and cited in the text.
  • Permission has been obtained for any copyrighted material, images, datasets, or third-party content included in the manuscript.
  • The authors agree to the journal’s publication ethics, peer review process, copyright and licensing policy, and open access policy.
